The Company has built a R&D team of nearly 100 people, a R&D center, an information center, a calculation and analysis room, a welding laboratory and a material research office.

With network technologies like three-dimensional CAD, CAPP, ERP, CAE, CAM, PDM, and MES, the Company has achieved digitalization in the process of design, manufacturing, management and service, and has won the national demonstration enterprise award in CAD application projects under the evaluation of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China.

The R&D Center of the Company is rated as a national technical center, and the water pump testing center of the Company plays the role of a quality monitoring station for large and medium-sized water pumps of Hunan machinery industry.

ERP system (enterprise resource planning)
With the purpose of integrating enterprisc resources to digitalize the whole process of sales, procurement, finance, personnel and salary management, the Company develops system with customized functions according to the principle of professional business management， achieving rational division of labor and effective integration of various specialties, integrating materials, capital and information flow, and realizing the whole life cycle management of resource planning. The completion of ERP system has improved the management level of the Company and created new value in an all-round way.

Mes (manufacturing execution system)
Based on the discrete manufacturing enterprise mode and the management policy of "synchronous concentration of the same type of business functions and responsibilities", the MES (manufacturing execution system) has established a manufacturing management platform with vertical centralization and horizontal penetration, and constructed a computerized, automated and digital bridge from enterprise strategy management strategy to manufacturing system. According to the information collected in the process of production, quality, equipment and personnel, MES can make an optimal production plan to organize the production reasonably and efficiently, which provides strong support for the strategy and decision-making of the Company. As the core part of information construction in the company, MES lays the foundation for fine management, precision manufacturing and digital transformation.

CAPP system (computer aided process planning)
With the basic structure including five modules: part information acquisition, process decision, process database/knowledge base, man-machine interface, process file management/output, etc., CAPP system creates a bridge between product design and manufacturing. Through integration with MES system, the System can break down demand for each material to form an overall material plan. CAPP system frees process designers from tedious and repetitive jobs to focus more on creative work, shortens the process design cycle, improves the Company's ability to respond quickly to the market, and helps in summarizing and sharing the valuable experience of process designers.
